Trayvon Martin

Trayvon Martin is a black 17 year old boy that was killed in a shooting spree. He was staying at a gated community in Sandford Fla. A neighborhood watch guard named George Zimmerman was said to have shot Trayvon, however people are trying to have Zimmerman prosecuted for the shooting. I do not think the authorities did right. I believe that Zimmerman should have been sent to prison until he has learned what he has done, and who he has caused pain to. I think that people should never travel alone, and always have friend of family member with them.

St. Patricks Day

St. Patrick's Day is a religious holiday celebrated on March 17th. The tradition started from the instigation of the irish protestant organization, The Knights of St. Patrick. The first parade took place on March 17, 1783. People wear green to celebrate St. Patrick, however the original color that was associated with St. Patrick was blue. People changed it over the years to green.

midterm

I realize that I have an F in the class. I am a bit upset, but that is my fault. This second half I will have to try much harder to do all of my homework and make sure I get good grades. My attendence is good, but thats not good enough just to show up. I am sorry that I have not been the student you wanted. I will try really hard to get at least most of my homework turned in this time. The steps I will begin to take will start with taking time after work when I get home. I will spend the time needed to get the work done. The next step I will take will be by checking my grade every week to see if I am improving.
